POLICY ON USE OF FACILITIES: Anyone wishing to use school facilities must submit a proposal to the Head of Finance and Administration for review by the Campus Facilities Committee. If the committee grants approval, the renter must abide by the terms and conditions of the Facility Utilization Policy and must sign all required forms. Use of school facilities by students after hours is prohibited unless approved or supervised by an adult employee of the school.
CLASSROOMS: Teachers have responsibility in the upkeep of their individual classrooms. If a situation in your classroom requires minor repair work, submit a request in writing to the appropriate Head who, in conjunction with the Director of Facilities, will establish priorities and arrange for the work to be done. Requests for major repairs, which call for outside expertise or require the purchase of materials not in the school's inventory, should also be submitted to the appropriate Division Head who then presents a written maintenance request to the Director of Facilities. The Director of Facilities will consult with the Chief Financial Officer on all major repairs and will comply with the purchasing policy.
