Lower School After-School Care
The After School Care program is divided by three age groups: PK3-PK4, Kindergarten and 1st-4th.

The PK3, PK4 and K programs begin at 2:30 and last until 5:45.   Every day ASC begins with story time led by ASC teachers.   Students are then given a snack and have play time in their designated rooms.   For the majority of the afternoon children enjoy supervised outside play.  To wind down at the end of ASC children are often brought inside for a movie and/or indoor play.

In the 1st-4th grade division ASC begins at 3:00 and last until 5:45.  Students first congregate in the Commons where they have a variety of snack choices.   Snack time is followed by a silent homework period; ASC teachers monitor students and assist those who have questions.   Weather permitting student spend the rest of their time in supervised outside play.   During severe weather children are given options of library time, games and art or a movie.

The cost of After-School Care is $185 a month if your child stays past 4:30 and $120 if your child is picked up at or before 4:30, both of those cost cover five days a week.  We have several package options varying from one to five days a week.  If you are not signed up for After-School Care but need to use our services there is a $25.00 drop-in fee.

Enrollment forms and further information are available here or contact the ASC Director, Chelsea Taylor Freeman.
Lower School Auxiliary Programs

Kindergarten through fourth grade students may enroll in extra classes offered after school, including art, tennis, Spanish, cooking, ballet, power-lifting, and others. Arrangements, including payment, are made through the auxiliary teacher at the beginning of the school year. For more information contact Chelsea Freeman.

Lower School Conference and Holiday Childcare
As an extension of our ASC program we also offer childcare during school holidays and conference days.  These day camps are not included in the monthly ASC cost.  The camps are $55.00 a day, for any part of the day.

On camp days, lunch as well as morning and afternoon snacks are provided.  We want these days to be fun and exciting and we plan lots of different activities for the campers to do.  In the past we have had a big blow up obstacle courses, Wii games on a big screen, outside individuals come in with projects and activities, new releases are shown in the auditorium and we usually have a craft and/or cooking activities that children can take home.

Camp days are overseen by the ASC Director and supervised by the ASC Staff.
