Visual & Graphic Arts
The Visual Arts Department at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School celebrates the creative process, nurtures passion, engages in discovery, and instills lifelong learning for the arts. The classroom environment offers a wide variety of venues where the students are exposed to creating art through different processes, materials, methods of production, and manipulation of all mediums.
Art is a part of each student’s curriculum from pre-K through 6th grade and becomes an elective for 7th and 8th grade students. Courses offered in high school include Art Studio, Graphic Art I, Art I, Art II, Art III, Honors Studio Art: Drawing and 2D Design, and AP Art History; please see the Course Descriptions for more information.
