Early childhood students are filled with wonder and creativity. Yoga and mindfulness practices are a magical fit for kids this age. They are like sponges, waiting to soak up every experience through sensory discovery and personal interactions. Young children bring a free-spirited joy that makes them such a great group to learn with.
This class allows imaginations to soar when fueled with music, storytelling, breath, movement, and relaxation. At any given time, the room can turn into a scene from The Land Before Time as the kids wave their arms like wings, crawl on hands and knees, or assume a down dog-like position. Everyone is laughing, smiling, learning, and playing. This is what Happy Panda Yoga and Mindfulness is all about — it's light-hearted, creative, energetic, and most of all, FUN!
The children will discover skills that grow with them, instilling lessons for life. These practices supply their inner and outer world with peace, while learning how to calm, focus, and relate to others. We will incorporate fun yoga games that encourage social interaction and communication. Yogis will also learn specific breathing techniques and mindfulness activities that facilitate relaxation and build attention skills required for focused learning.

Skyhawks Golf focuses on building the confidence of young athletes through proper technique and refining the essential skills of the game. As we know, golf is a challenging and lifelong sport, so young athletes need proper focus on the fundamentals of form, swinging, putting and body positioning. To assist in this training, Skyhawks utilizes the ShortGolf® system which uses modified equipment and a curriculum developed by PGA professionals. ShortGolf is specifically designed for the entry-level player and simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy & effective transition onto the golf course.
