Kinder Camp

Kinder Camp is for rising Pre-K4, Kindergarten, and 1st graders. Campers have a blast each week, with regular rotations including Motion/Movement, Cooking, Gardening, Art, Storytelling, Creative Learning, Splash Time, Camp Games, free play, and lots more! 

Kinder Camp meets in Kennedy Hall on the South Campus, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with drop off starting at 7:45 a.m. After Camp Care is available until 5:45 p.m. for an additional charge of $60 per week.

  • Week 1: Under the Sea (June 7 – 11)

    Enjoy the wonders of the beach and ocean! Campers will create sand sculptures, discover shells, and learn about ocean creatures.
  • Week 2: Art Explosion (June 14 – 18)

    Spend the week letting creativity flow. We might even find our next little Picasso! Get your messy clothes on and your paint brushes ready for this week of personal expression and art.
  • Week 3: Everyday Heros and Superheros (June 21 – 25)

    This week, we will learn about heroes big and small. Everyone has a superhero inside them waiting to be discovered. What’s your super power?
  • Week 4: All Around the USA (June 28 – July 2)

    Have fun participating in activities that celebrate our country and traditions. We will have our famous Red, White, and Blue Parade, and create patriotic-themed crafts.
  • Week 5: Animal Planet (July 6 – 9*)

    Meet our friendly animals! Find out what they eat, where they live, and much more. And, let’s not forget about our favorite dinosaurs.

    *No camp on Monday, July 5.

    After Camp Care – $50/week
  • Week 6: Space and Beyond (July 12 – 16)

    Come join the fun with out of this world space activities. We will learn about our home planet, the moon, and the solar system. We’ll even build our own rocket ship!
  • Week 7: Fun with Fitness (July 19 – 23)

    Spend the week discovering the science behind fitness with fun activities that demonstrate concepts such as energy transfer, sharpen writing muscles, and build agility.
  • Week 8: The Best of the Best (July 26 – 30)

    What was your favorite experience from Summer 2021? Was there an experience you loved and want to do it again? This is your week! We will relive all the amazing highlights as we say farewell to summer.
