Saints Sailors Compete in 1st Regata
The Interscholastic Sailing Association held its Southeastern District Single-Handed Championship Regatta at Pass Christian Yacht Club on September 14 and 15. St. Andrew's sailing was represented by Nilah and Ricky Miller, both sailing Lasers. Nilah placed 3rd and Ricky placed 5th. Other schools represented included St. Stanislaus, Rockport Fulton, Fairhope, and UMS-Wright. The Jackson Yacht Club will be hosting the Hospitality Regatta on October 26 and 27. St. Andrew's sailing team will be joined by Jackson Prep and high schools from the coast to sail 420s on the Res.
