Students Participate in State Science Fair

On Tuesday, March 28, St. Andrew's students competed at the regional state science fair at Jackson State University. Congratulations to senior Joy Dhar who received 2nd place overall and Pranav Reddy who received 3rd place overall. They automatically advance to the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Dallas Texas this May. Individual results were as follows:

Kate Cochran - 1st in Behavioral and Social Sciences, Class 4

Celia Lane - 1st in Biomedical Sciences, Class 4

Pranav Reddy - 1st in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Class 4

Vahita Anand - 1st in Microbiology, Class 4

Patricia Romero - 3rd in Microbiology, Class 4

Ally Hamilton - 2nd in Plant Sciences, Class 4

Mattie Ellis - 4th in Plant Sciences, Class 4

Tina Garg - 1st in Animal Sciences, Class 5

Mira Bhatt - 1st in Behavioral and Social Sciences, Class 5
