We Welcome. We Wonder. We Worship. We Love.
These words are not just a slogan, but the heart of St. Andrew’s. They arise from our Episcopal identity and are lived out daily on our campuses and in our community life.
We welcome all students as children of God, honoring the dignity of every person. We wonder, approaching the world with open minds and courageous curiosity, pursuing knowledge and truth in all their forms. We worship in the Episcopal tradition, while honoring other faith traditions, grounding our community in prayer, grace, and gratitude. And we love, following the teachings of Jesus to serve others and to seek justice, equity and peace in our world.
This is the north star of St. Andrew’s and the foundation of this Strategic Plan. Our Guiding Principles flow from our mission, calling us to shape the student experience, invest in our faculty, tend our sacred spaces, speak our identity with clarity, and secure our future. Together, they chart a path for St. Andrew’s to thrive in faith, in learning, and in love for generations to come.
A Living Plan
This strategic plan is not a five-year roadmap to be filed away; it is a set of Strategic Priorities for the next 12–18 months. Each priority is critical now, shaping decisions, investments, and daily practice across the school.
By design, the plan is adaptive and iterative. Each year, the Board of Trustees and school leadership will review progress, update priorities, and renew commitments for the coming year. This rhythm ensures the plan remains urgent, actionable, and responsive to emerging opportunities and challenges.
In this way, the plan is both anchored and agile: anchored in our mission and guiding principles, agile in its ability to adapt to new circumstances, opportunities, and constraints. It is a covenant of focus and accountability, not a static document.
