Our sessions begin with musical welcome songs that set a joyful tone for our time together. We then practice gentle and playful yoga sequences, including musical sun salutations that combine movement with music, fostering a sense of rhythm and flow.
In addition to yoga poses, we enjoy interactive games such as "Mirror Me" and "Yogi Says," encouraging teamwork, listening skills, and coordination in a supportive environment.
Every student will use the instructor's yoga mat during class, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for exploration. At the end of the semester, each child will receive a special keepsake: a panda breathing buddy. This cuddly friend serves as a reminder of our mindfulness practices, offering comfort and companionship beyond our weekly gatherings.
