Affording St. Andrew's

Based upon the belief that a diverse student body adds important breadth to the educational experience of all its students, St. Andrew's Episcopal School maintains a substantial commitment to providing financial assistance.

St. Andrew’s is proud to serve more than 30% of its students with need and merit based tuition support and financial aid awards on an annual basis.

Tuition

Tuition may be paid in full by March 31 (or with contract) whichever comes first, for the upcoming school year for a two percent (2%) savings, or on a semester plan (payments due August 1 and January 1), or on a 10-month plan (payments due July 1 through April 1). No interest is charged on the semester plan. Payments for the 10-month plan include interest.

One-Time Enrollment Deposit

Enrollment: One-time $500 enrollment deposit and signed contract are due per student within 10 business days of the contract offer date. Enrollment deposit is refundable based on contract terms. If you require additional time to return your fee or to consider your enrollment offer, please speak with an Admission staff member.

Re-enrollment: Contracts should be returned before the due date listed, which is most commonly Friday, January 29, 2021: A signed contract is due per student. No enrollment deposit is due for re-enrolling students.

Financial Assistance

We encourage all families to apply to determine need. New applicant families and current St. Andrew’s families in kindergarten through 12th grade may apply for financial assistance based on family need. There are occasional circumstances when the child of an St. Andrew's alum may apply and be considered for financial assistance for Pre-Kindergarten. To be eligible to receive financial assistance, families are required to complete a confidential financial application, which can be completed online through SSS. SSS analyzes this information and suggests the amount that a family can reasonably afford. Within the limits of available funds, St. Andrew's provides financial assistance grants consistent with the SSS recommendation. Financial assistance information and forms are available below or through the Business Office. All forms and applications are held confidential.

Limits of Financial Assistance

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School seeks to provide financial aid grants to all qualified students as long as funds are available. The deadline for re-applying St. Andrew’s financial aid families is Tuesday, December 1, 2020. New St. Andrew’s families aid applications are considered on a rolling basis until available funds are fully depleted. So as to serve as many families as possible, St. Andrew’s applies a limit on all award sizes which vary by educational division (Lower, Middle, and Upper).

We look forward to partnering with you in this important investment in your child’s future at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. If you would like to discuss tuition support or financial aid please do not hesitate to speak with the Admission staff or contact Jay Philpott, Director of Admission and Financial Aid (601) 853-6031.
