Early Childhood After School Care
Pre-K3, Pre-K4, and Kindergarten students have after school care each afternoon in Kennedy Hall on the Early Childhood side of campus. They begin with roll call, a snack and story time, and then enjoy supervised indoor and outdoor play for the rest of the afternoon. Students are dismissed from the main entrance to Kennedy Hall. Pull up and text the number on the dismissal signs (601-941-8873) and we will get your child(ren) to your car.
Lower School After School Care
Lower School students attend after school care in the main Lower School building on the South Campus. They begin with roll call and a snack, and then have quiet homework time, followed by supervised outdoor play. Pick-up is via the front office. Pull up and text the number on the dismissal signs (601-941-8873) and we will get your child(ren) to your car.
Middle School After School Care
Middle School students start in the Commons for snack and free time. Then they have quiet time in the Commons at 4:00 pm to study and do homework. ChromeBooks are allowed for homework only, and screens must be visible to the after school care teacher. No phones are to be used in after school care — if a student needs to call a parent, they may do so in the presence of a teacher, with permission. All students should be picked up directly from the back entrance to the Commons on the North Campus. Extended after school care is $245 per month. South Campus students (Pre-K3 through 4th grades) must be picked up no later than 5:45 pm. North Campus students (5th - 8th grades) must be picked up no later than 6:00 pm.
You must have a current credit card on file in Campsite in order for your child to participate in the program. Around the 15th of each month, the following month's charge will be added via Campsite, and payment will be drafted from the card on file. This is so everyone is paid in full by the time each month's session begins. If the payment fails, it is the parent's responsibility to update/add new card info in Campsite and pay the month's charge. Please contact Jay Losset with billing/payment questions.
Changes to your plan must be made in writing 30 days or more in advance of the date of the desired change. This includes cancellations. Email Jay Losset (firstname.lastname@example.org) with change/cancellation requests.
