Saints JV and Varsity Archery began their season this year with an exceptional start. They fought a tough match against the Clinton Christian Academy Warriors on Feb. 7th in the Old Gym. Although the Saints lost, the margin was razor thin with a final score of 3205 to 3195. Despite the setback, this was an incredibly impressive first match of the season. Several of the saints put up excellent scores. Claudia Maron ('25) led the Lady Saints with a score of 277. Sawyer Williams ('24) put up not only a personal record of 294 points, but also, based on the data available to Coach Julius, a Saint Andrew's school record for competition! Proud of the team for a remarkable first match, and we're looking forward to more sharp shooting as the season progresses.
