Caddle Named to Youth Council

12th grader David Caddle has earned an appointment to the mayor's Youth Council.

The council is a collection of 17 students from high schools across Jackson who will assist the mayor with community-oriented projects from bullying to the capital city's brain drain. David is pictured with Jackson City Councilman Charles Tillman and Jackson Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba.
