Bhatt Appointed to Team USA
The National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) announced that St. Andrew's Senior Ishan Bhatt has been selected as a member of the USA Debate Team that will travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka in July to compete at the World Schools Debating Championships. The tournament is contested in the World Schools Debate Format, consisting of a number of prepared motions and impromptu motions to be debated over the course of eight rounds, with top teams then advancing to single-elimination competition to determine the world champion.
